Came in with my E60 550i for an oil change. I thought I needed to change every 5-6k but was told that I needed only once a year every 10k. This dealership I would not recommend buying a car from...Why you ask,well to start with I bought a vechicle which cost around 10,000 and not even 5 months later was having problems with it it and was from...Why you ask,well to start with I bought a vechicle which cost around 10,000 and not even 5 months later was having problems with it it and was told it needed 12,000 worth of repairs,which mind you I had not been in an accident at all and only had maybe put 6,000 miles on the vechicle. We have had nothing but problems..in fact as we speak my vechicle was towed there more than 2 weeks ago and they still have it and can’t figure out what’s wrong with it.And did not give a rental til they fix it so I’ve had no car for more than 2 weeksHave already put around 2500 in it for repairs.When they called us just the other day to pick it up,we showed up and when bringing vechicle around to us the same electrical problems happened again,and again left w no vechicle.So no I would not recommend BMW of Jackson because they take advantage of their customers. They sold us sorry to say but a piece of xxxx vechicle that had a lot of problems already and did not disclose it to us More
