Easy to make online appointment- didn’t get a call from Service department after I could tell on the app that my car was ready. I had to call and ask if it was ready. I was told that the service department had called me and had call wrong number or the wrong person. Don’t understand why they didn’t call as they have my contact information. Supposedly that day there was no water at the dealership to wash my car. It was not vacuumed out either. Or did they offer for me to come back and have them to wash it. I also expressed my concern about the paint chipping in places off my car. My white X7 is only about six months old. I was told that it was road debris. I have owned cars for many years that did not have the paint coming off like this one. It’s concerning with a $100,000 car. More
