Professional and Friendly staff. I was greeted soon as I pulled up. Told my service guy was with someone but they would be right with me. Excellent customer care……. I had a tire showing low pressure and went to BMW of Houston North (without prior appointment) and they identified the issue (screw in tire) and immed I had a tire showing low pressure and went to BMW of Houston North (without prior appointment) and they identified the issue (screw in tire) and immediately moved car into tire shop and replaced tire.
