We made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to receive a loaner took them almost 2 hours later to find one. The work on my car was to replace air filter. There now having to replace the whole AC compressor loaner took them almost 2 hours later to find one. The work on my car was to replace air filter. The dealership is great except for one thing people that wash your car I need to improve their work.I was told that my car would be detailed when I pick it up it was not even washed.
