Received appointment finally after two months of trying to get fixed. Scheduled three times and promised would get fixed. No communication until already at BMW that mechanic who was already paid for work w to get fixed. Scheduled three times and promised would get fixed. No communication until already at BMW that mechanic who was already paid for work was gone for the day to correct issue. Manager Tim attempted to resolve. However, time still wasted to get one glove box fixed and traveling three times for same issue. Stayed first time for over 5 hours. Inspection video was not sent with actual video footage of car. Promised would have car following next Monday. Car held for additional week and had to pick up myself. now my mirror has an issue and I have to go through same process again. Giving 2 simply because of Service Advisor Cassey if not it would be a 0. More
