The service experience here is broken. My wife scheduled an oil change and after 2-1/2 hours was told it was like being at the doctor’s office and it just takes as long as it takes. My wife scheduled an oil change and after 2-1/2 hours was told it was like being at the doctor’s office and it just takes as long as it takes. I brought her car back a few weeks later for more service. After dropping the car off early in the morning I had a text exchange around 10am with the service advisor. Tried to follow up later in the day with no response. Found out later he had gone home for the day, Picked the car up at 4pm and thankfully the work was completed. Probably going to try BMW Woodlands next time More

Very Satisfied with the prompt attention and services received on my recall issue. Thought I had a sceduled appointment - I had a verifaction code - Apparently I did not submit request - so why a verif received on my recall issue.
