My experience with this dealership was a smooth process when I purchased my car. However, I was very disappointed to find out that the key to unlock the wheels on my car were missing from the previous own when I purchased my car. I feel that BMW should have checked for this item before selling the car to me. BMW did assist with getting my tire changed but it put me in a dangerous situation by driving on a runner flat tire which was shredded into pieces by the time I arrived. More
