Took my car in for services. My service advisor was very polite and helpful. I waited for my car to be taken care of in their very comfortable waiting area. This purchase was my second from you in two years. Both times the salesman knew exactly what I wanted and matched me with the exact car,….in inventory. They tried to fix everything on the car before sale but they missed a few things, the car has a noise on left side after 100 miles, don't know the problem yet they missed a few things, the car has a noise on left side after 100 miles, don't know the problem yet More
Far below expectations and as advertised including a lack of willingness to negotiate on business items the Director uses "high pressure business office tactics " and is off subject by her talking about her of willingness to negotiate on business items the Director uses "high pressure business office tactics " and is off subject by her talking about her husband being Muslim. Offer for my trade in was fair, but too many Salesmen involved, but they were very nice, next problem two people claimed to be GM number 1 was lozmackr1@autonation.com and number 2- Cook, Steven (BMW of Houston) was the other Original advertisement was knowingly false by stating the car was a CPO when in fact it wasn't yet after trying to buy it I get a lie that stated new tires are not available until Friday if it was a CPO it would have had new tires already and then came the truth it was going in to the shop for CPO certification I wasted a week I'd recommend shopping around heavily as you are not very likely to get a good business offer and honest answer there. I had an auto accident on Nov 30th and brought the vehicle to BMW north and AutoNation collision in Spring,Texas. It has now been close to four months and I still do not have my car back. Initially th vehicle to BMW north and AutoNation collision in Spring,Texas. It has now been close to four months and I still do not have my car back. Initially they ordered a radiator from BMW and received the wrong radiator back. When the dealership contacted BWM they were told they aren’t currently making that radiator due to production delays and COVID 19 and that they will try to start working on it again in February. The collision center has been paid by State Farm and I have no estimate as to when I may get my car back. I asked for compensation from BMW since this is a lease and they sent the wrong part causing further delay and it isn’t my fault they have chosen to make other more profitable or more used parts than the one I need. I was offered $150 in accessories. So my lease is $1,250 a month and I’m out $5,000 of lease payments with no car and they offered me $150. At this point there is no guarantee I will ever get my car back. I have another $30,000 of lease payments before I can walk away from this car that I am paying for and do not have access to. Nobody wants to help and everyone is paid but me. Think long and hard about buying from anyone in this entire transaction chain when they have no answers for a real world problem. The entire situation reminds me the recent power outage in Texas. Everyone at the mercy of the big company and one customer means nothing to them. Buyer beware. More

While working out the particulars with the financing department I had declined all of the warranty service because I new I didn't need them, as well as being an educated consumer I knew they were a rip off. I declined the offer severial times, but then I accepted only after the financial represenative said that it would cost about $3000 to have brake work done on the car, when it was time for them to be replaced. Of course hearing this I got nervous and agreed to the plan. Once I got home and did my research I decided that I didn't need the plan and decided I would cancel it. First thing Monday morning, I phoned the dealership to have the warranty plan cancelled and they told me no problem I could come in and cancel it. I drive over Monday after work and cancel the plan, only to be told that I couldn't cancel the plan. This is where things really get outrageous! They tried to tell me that I can't cancel the plan through BMW that it was through a third party and once you sign the contract you can't cancel. When went back and forth for a while, with them tell me " give them some time to work this out". It is now February 2020 and Im still paying for a warrant plan that I don't need, was pressured into and lied to about being able to cancel. Would I buy from them again "xxxx no". This dealership is not honest and definitely not looking out for their clients. Extremely disappointed! More
