Could not of asked for a better experience, this was my first BMW purchase and was impressed with the level of professionalism. My Sales person was Mr. Ed and he was very thorough in explaining every deta first BMW purchase and was impressed with the level of professionalism. I brought the car back the following day to have the windows professionally tinted by their shop and it was done in a very timely manner and without flaw. I love my car and the whole BMW experience. I had to follow up to find out first what was diagnosis and second if vehicle was ready for pickup. Vehicle was there for a week without any calls to me. Wow wow and wow, they had the exact SUV that I was looking for while other dealerships said it would be a 12 week wait. I called and spoke to Randy, who was awesome by the way and I let him know I was looking for while other dealerships said it would be a 12 week wait. I called and spoke to Randy, who was awesome by the way and I let him know I was 4 hours away and wanting to purchase the SUV. He immediately put the car on hold for me he sent me the paperwork via email to get the process started. Once I arrive the staff was is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
