Jordan Gautreaux was a great source of info, but there were a few delays in getting the part for my car. A few days bled into a week or so and it became a bit stressful since I needed my car for a work tr were a few delays in getting the part for my car. When I picked it up, the contents of my glove box were all over the passenger side floor and seat which was totally unacceptable. How could a BMW employee see this, not care, and still have the audacity to deliver my car in a manner unlike which I left it to them, especially at a luxury car dealership, no less?
