Best sales experience EVER ! !! There’s nothing I appreciate more than someone respecting my time. I arrived at the dealership and the car I inquired about online was already wash !! There’s nothing I appreciate more than someone respecting my time. I arrived at the dealership and the car I inquired about online was already washed, pulled up, and ready to show! I’ve been to dealerships in the past where I’ve been in contact with a salesperson , let them know what time to expect me, and somehow when I arrive I still end up waiting 30+ minutes to see a vehicle. If I could highlight one thing about This experience was Desmond’s promptness to respond, mindful of my time and circumstance, and willingness to help find the perfect car. 10/10 ! More
+5 hours just for an oil change? It was because is a Hyundai and not a BMW? Worst car-buying experience ever. If they have Zero star that would be fair on rating this dealership. Starting from salesmen, through managers, even higher admin positions, all work If they have Zero star that would be fair on rating this dealership. Starting from salesmen, through managers, even higher admin positions, all work to pay their mortgages, not really enjoying what they are doing. Here’s just a hint of what happened to when I bought my BMW X6 2022 couple weeks ago, you can tell, it was total scam. 8/15/2022: - I asked Randy (the salesman at BMW Houston North) to send me a ceramic coating quote for my new car that I bought from the dealership a week prior to this date. - Randy answered: they will want to charge $ 1,200.00, it will take 2 days to be applied, and they will charge me upon signing an authorization form. And he asked me for permission to apply ceramic coating - I asked Randy how many years of warranty on the service (ceramic coating), and if they will take the trim/wheels off to apply ceramic coating allover the car. I got no response from Randy. 8/17/2022: - I asked Randy the name of the shop they deal with, so I can call them and ask them details about the ceramic coating service and how they apply it. - Randy replied and said they do not supply contractor’s info to clients like myself. 8/18/2022: - I went to local ceramic coating store in Oklahoma City, and I wanted to start the service here in Oklahoma City, upon driving back my new car from Houston, TX. The local shop owner told me that he will apply the ceramic coating once I get the car to his shop in Oklahoma. - I immediately called Randy to let him know that I am not interested in applying ceramic coating in Houston anymore, and I would want it done locally, but Randy immediately said, they already started applying it today (although I never gave him permission to initiate the process) 8/20/2022: - I landed in Houston, TX and picked up my new car from the dealership. While at the dealership, I asked Randy to provide me with the manufacturer warranty and an invoice for the ceramic coating with details about each item/service on the invoice, he said he will email it to me. 8/22/2022: - Randy sent me an authorization form for the amount of $ 1,200.00 on my email - I asked Randy to send me VIN-specific warranty letter, and an invoice that shows details about the service provided before me sending an authorization form of payment. - Randy sent me Gtechniq 2 pages document that is usually used as an advertisement document, and shows 9 years warranty on top of the page, but before that he said it has 5 years warranty. Randy mentioned that the document he received was from Buffer Extreme Coating which is the local shop they deal with. This document is by no mean is VIN-specific and will never prove relation to my car. Also, Randy never sent me an invoice with detailed specifications. - I texted Randy, that the document lacks VIN-specific warranty, and I never received an invoice. 8/24/2022: - I emailed Randy to send me an invoice and a VIN-specific warranty for the car coating - Randy replied that he will be in touch with the shop that did the coating. 8/25/2022 and 8/26/2022: - Randy texted that he still is chasing the ceramic coating shop, and started to mention all details about their contract including manager name, and he indicated that they are working on resolving this issue. - Because I want to make this process as easy and smooth as possible, I signed the authorization form and emailed it to Randy, and I was charged the 1200$ on my card, trusting that they will send me the information I am requesting to have 8/27/2022: - Randy texted that the owner of the Buffer Extreme Shop will be contacting me directly, but I never received any calls, texts, email or any communication. - I texted Randy, to please send the required items - Randy replied that he is doing his best, the owner of ceramic coating shop is getting warranty letter ready for me, and the receipt will be sent to me when he gets it. 8/29/2022: - Randy emailed me that he is sorry that this took too long, and attached a one page document that shows 5 years warranty on top, and the document is not VIN-specific warranty (page that is usually used for advertisement purposes), and without any letterhead, or official signature. - Also, no invoice sent thus far 8/30/2022: - I went to local shop to let them professionally examine the car, and check if ceramic coating was applied, the owner of the local shop in Oklahoma City said the car has no ceramic coating on it. Total mess. I am a physician, and I always have to change cars every few years, this was my first BMW, and worst car-buying experience whatsoever. Trang, one of the managers at that dealership is also extremely rude, unresponsive, and barely available to support the salesman Randy! Lack of professionalism, unreliable communication, and distrust are the main features of this dealership. Rauf Bilal or I may mis-spelled the name, he also is one of the managers at that dealership, when questioned, seemed like unaware of what’s going on in that dealership, and never showed any sincerity when dealing with customers. Please stay away from this mess. I am not sure if all BMW dealership have same attitude, but this should always be ranked the worst for sure. Never again. More

Much easier to set up appointments for service at this location than where I purchased the car in the Woodlands. Also, car is usually ready when promised.
