As we were traveling from Dallas to Galveston, our vehicle began giving malfunction messages as we entered the Houston area. We detoured to the nearest dealership for service. We told them we had a schedule to keep and let them know the urgentness of the situation. They assured that if the vehicle wouldn’t be able to be ready in time, they would let us know. However, they did not. We waited for over an hour but had to leave to meet our schedule. We were told the vehicle hadn’t been seen. So we left. Our car died on the highway within 30 minutes. We had to be at a certain place at a designated time so we had the vehicle towed to a different dealership- BMW Houston North, to take our chances there because we weren’t going back to the other one. Experienced what I expect as a BMW owner- wonderful service with updates and a level of professionalism to get the job done. We were able to leave earlier than anticipated because our service advisor took care of us and our vehicle! Thank you for restoring our faith in the BMW brand. More

I scheduled an appointment with Advantage BMW-Midtown. Upon arriving I was treated by the assigned service advisor Vianey. When scheduling the appointment I was told the oil change would take 1 hour to Upon arriving I was treated by the assigned service advisor Vianey. When scheduling the appointment I was told the oil change would take 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours. When I asked Vianey how long she thought it would take she stated 3 to 4 hours. I replied, I was told an hour to an hour and a half, to which Vianey stated “I don’t know why they keep telling people that”. Then she proceeded to try an sell me things I did not need. (Only about 15759 miles). Vianey then said if I didn’t want to wait she would bring my car back around. I elected not to wait. She then showed me to my car in the rain. So, after that experience I still needed an oil change and called BMW of Houston North. I arrived admittedly late. I was Assigned to Craig, the service adviser. Craig at BMW of Houston North was great! He got me right in and returned my car within the promised time. Craig also included a car wash. At delivery he was very informative and was able to provide information for my next service. Thank you Craig for your kindness! More
