I had an appointment for January 28 and waited all week to get alignment service done and was almost immediately turned away and sent home because the dealership “didn’t have enough staff” so I got resched to get alignment service done and was almost immediately turned away and sent home because the dealership “didn’t have enough staff” so I got rescheduled for the next Saturday and my car was at the dealership for 6 hours for what I was told would be a 2-3 hour job. Then when it was ready I was told “your car is ready but pulls to one side.” How is it ready for me to pick up after an alignment but pulls to one side? That doesn’t make sense. So I was told a tire was pulling to one side, why would anyone let alone BMW tell you to come get your aligned car with tire pull instead of calling and saying the tire pull needs to be fixed to make car drive straight. So I had to wait another hour and half for new tires so car would drive straight. More

Second, he forgot to add the state inspection in the service, so I have to do it next time. Today, I went the shop again, the guy Tsai is my advise today, he said he can not provided the service today, so I waste another time and gasoline for going to the shop. I am so disappoint with this shop and I will never ever go back to there again! More
I have been a BMW customer for over ten years and this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a BMW dealer. I purchased a CPO M car from out of state and gave the dealer a full 7 day notice was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a BMW dealer. I purchased a CPO M car from out of state and gave the dealer a full 7 day notice before I was set to fly in on a Thursday to pick the vehicle up and that I wanted paperwork and the vehicle ready upon my arrival at noon. The day before my flight I receive a call telling me the car will not be done with detail until Friday. At this point it is too late to change my flight so I proceed with travel and spend a night in Houston. I arrive at the dealer at 1pm on Friday only to find out the car still is not ready! On top of that they refuse to let me see the car, I explain I have a 1,000 drive back home and would like to be out of the dealership soon. 3pm rolls around and they still have not buffed or detailed the car, the SM tells me it will only be another hour. 5pm comes and they finally pull the car out. Mechanically the car is good however, there are significant chips in the paint, paint overspray on the from grill and various stains on the interior. This is not what I expect from a CPO vehicle from BMW and feel as though I was hoodwinked into paying a premium price for a not so premium car, additionally I believe they took advantage of my tight travel schedule to take shortcuts on the preparation of the vehicle and its cleanliness. After seven months of trying to contact the dealer, AutoNation Corporate, BMW Corporate, a complaint with the BBB I resorted to trolling the BMW Houston North Facebook page and they finally paid to repair the car at an Autonation collision center in Denver. The total of the damages they caused came to over $5,600. Stay clear BMW Houston North, by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More
The experience was one Gold. The sales personnel as well as all parties involved in the sale of our new BMW were very helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing.
