My service rep is Rader and he provides excellent customer service. I am pleased with repair. Once again, my car is running well. I drove the car to the dealership on a Friday afternoon and 4 days later, I had a report. I understand that the service department is understaffed, but this is not up to BMW standards. My car is a 2014 diesel and my plan is to buy a new car at the end of the year. Went in for an oil change and set up an appointment. service person was late. I asked if they could find them after waiting for 15 mins. Was told they were here. Tried to use a discount coupon and was told this was the discount, and that the mailer was not valid. I think these folks are paid commission on the services they offer and get customers to bite as well as keep the highest prices they can DESPITE the company sending out coupons.
