Good Morning thanks for the email but not sure which GM you are talking about I met with Someone name Bilal which I was told by James that he was GM but unfortunately he was very unprofessional and didn’t care so if he is the same person you’ll want me to contact I don’t want to waste my time. It took 2. 5 hrs for an oil change for 7am APPOINTMENT. I’m not pleased. An oil change should never take that long, especially when I got there at opening time! More
