Jorge helped me and answered questions that I have asked SEVERAL times in the past that I got the incorrect answers to (with different people) because the customer service person didn't go one step further SEVERAL times in the past that I got the incorrect answers to (with different people) because the customer service person didn't go one step further to find my answer. I felt like I was actually dealing with someone that cared about his job and the customer. My husband and I have owned luxury SUVs or sports cars for over 20 years and I was doubting EVER buying another BMW again because of how bad ANY service I have received has been.
