Our first experience with BMW of Houston North was wonderful. We found a car on their site, and contacted Kristjan Rosario. We live several hours away, and he went above and beyond to help get it che wonderful. We found a car on their site, and contacted Kristjan Rosario. We live several hours away, and he went above and beyond to help get it checked out and fixed up. When we arrived at the dealership, everything was as expected, and ready to go. We gave the car a once-over and a quick test drive before signing the papers and driving it home. Everyone involved with the process was friendly and professional and communicative.
