Very professional after initial contact I asked not to be contacted that I would contact them when I was ready. Chase honored that request and when I was ready to purchase I contacted Chase and he found the contacted that I would contact them when I was ready. Chase honored that request and when I was ready to purchase I contacted Chase and he found the car I wanted and it was a very seamless and easy transaction. Chase located a car at another dealer that had 7 miles on odometer and they had the car "shipped". Not really it ended up with 110 miles. I have no complaints with Chase and would recommend him to anyone buying a BMW. Also Jack - BMW Genius Guy - could not drive it without him. More

The service experience here is broken. My wife scheduled an oil change and after 2-1/2 hours was told it was like being at the doctor’s office and it just takes as long as it takes. My wife scheduled an oil change and after 2-1/2 hours was told it was like being at the doctor’s office and it just takes as long as it takes. I brought her car back a few weeks later for more service. After dropping the car off early in the morning I had a text exchange around 10am with the service advisor. Tried to follow up later in the day with no response. Found out later he had gone home for the day, Picked the car up at 4pm and thankfully the work was completed. Probably going to try BMW Woodlands next time More
