Today's visit was efficient and timely. I arrived 1 hour prior to my appointment, to ensure I could be shuttled to work in a timely manner. Mr. Nate helped me with my entry, mechanical needs and review of maintenance pricing and requests for service. He was kind, thorough and also made sure the shuttle I requested was accounted for. The service for the vehicle met the request. The service advisor that I was assigned to, Ms. Natasha of whom I met while I was awaiting the shuttle, was responsive to my request and also remembered my time constraints. More
