Easy and straightforward purchase of the car and never felt like a burden to them. The only issue I had was when we got to financing. The man we worked with (not Benjamin) didn’t seem to like that I turned down all the extras and so he seemed to get a bit hasty with me. He tried to add a fee back in I told him I didn’t want and then he seemed extremely aggravated that I wanted to read the papers before signing. Honestly, very frustrating. The vehicle was going to be detailed before pickup and Benjamin was communicative and made sure I had all the pieces ready to go for the next day when I picked up the car. very straightforward and pleasant experience, financing aside. Thanks, BMW! More
