Well my X5 malfunction screen came on while I was on the freeway heading home and pulled over waiting for AAA to give me a tow I called BMW of Honolulu to see about bringing my car in and they said ok being freeway heading home and pulled over waiting for AAA to give me a tow I called BMW of Honolulu to see about bringing my car in and they said ok being it was almost 4pm on July 3rd. Well got my car there and spoke with William Bolosan and he told me that they won't be able to give my car a diagnostic till Wednesday begin 4th of July and they would be closed. I asked if they had a loaner but nothing was available but he would put me on the list. Well come Thursday I get a call from Bolosan telling all the things that had to be fixed and it was brutal! We talked about what was priority to what can wait and that really helped ease my mind and went ahead with what he recommended. On Friday I get a call from Bolosan telling me a loaner car was available and returned the rental car back to the airport and took Lift to BMW of Honolulu. I was really surprised the loaner was a 2023 X5 with all the bells and whistles. Got my car back on Tuesday and I would like to thank William Bolosan for being understanding and making feel like I did the right thing. He explained everything in detail on what had to be done on my car and having that beautiful loaner car made me forget about how much I would have to spend on my car to get fixed.😁 More
