The team provided me with a complimentary vehicle inspection and a list of recommended repairs. I think the coolest experience was that the servicing technician sent me a video of himself performing an evaluation of my car's undercarriage conditions. Bought this i8 in San Francisco so I thought I’d get less service. WRONG! Service advisor, Leo, was on it! Car was serviced by Reuben, again identified the problem and did a fix ASAP!!!
