Otto has gone out of his way to educate me on how to operate my new X3 and has even come to my home to answer questions. In this crazy world it is nice to know that my car is something I do not have to worry about and have great confidence in the BMW Honolulu team to support my car needs. Otto Gibson-Gebauer Is an excellent car salesman and very knowledgeable. I will continue to purchase/lease my cars with him and BMW Hawaii. More

The team provided me with a complimentary vehicle inspection and a list of recommended repairs. I think the coolest experience was that the servicing technician sent me a video of himself performing an evaluation of my car's undercarriage conditions. Overall it was a GREAT experience and I'm glad I chose BMW of Honolulu to service my car! More

Bought this i8 in San Francisco so I thought I’d get less service. WRONG! Service advisor, Leo, was on it! Car was serviced by Reuben, again identified the problem and did a fix ASAP!!! Mike Castaneda was a pleasure working with on ordering and leasing an X5M. He was very transparent and answered my questions quickly and throughly. He also picked me up and helped me to setup my new BMW’s and leasing an X5M. He was very transparent and answered my questions quickly and throughly.
