I was treated well by the sales staff. I was not dressed up at all, in fact I was on the way to the beach when I decided to stop in and check out the new 04 530i. Took about 3 hours to test drive, choose a up at all, in fact I was on the way to the beach when I decided to stop in and check out the new 04 530i. Took about 3 hours to test drive, choose a car, trade in my old ride and drive off the lot. Went back a few months ago to look at the 06 750i. same salesman, test drove, liked it, choose one, traded in another ride, and drove off again this time in less than 2 hours. The service people thus far have been nice and accomodating except when it comes to getting a loaner. Overall I'd say that I'm a satisfied customer. More
I love the car but the dealer's service dept sucks big time. I spent an hour and a half waiting for my car after a service appointment only to be told that they lost my key and had to give me a loaner. time. I spent an hour and a half waiting for my car after a service appointment only to be told that they lost my key and had to give me a loaner. I went back and bought a used car from them that they sold to me with an expired state safety inspection. While I was there waiting for my car to be done, someone else was complaining about the same thing. I have been waiting eight months for touch-up paint. Fianlly told 'em to forget it and I ordered through paintscratch.com. The folks are nice, just incompetant and too small a department for the number of cars they sell. Upper mgmt obviously cares very little about this end of the business because they are the only BMW dealership in town/state. More
