Great experience with Wallace! My 2011 328i wagon tanked on me and the cost to repair all 8 things wrong with it would be more than the car was worth. BMW of Honolulu set me up with My 2011 328i wagon tanked on me and the cost to repair all 8 things wrong with it would be more than the car was worth. BMW of Honolulu set me up with a brand new X3 rental car since some of the repairs were covered by a recall. This gave us the time to figure out what would be best for our family. We worked with Wallace who was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He spent a very long time going over different car prices and details. I think Wallace showed us every car in our price range on the lot. I will definitely recommend him and this dealership to friends and family in the future. More

Mikey helped me through the process and assured me of any questions or doubts I had. I felt that the purchase of my vehicle was not a business transaction but more as if a friend having my best interest in mind and what fit my lifestyle. I had to bring my 5 year old son with me during the process which was another concern of mine. Instead of making me feel uncomfortable about bringing a toddler to a high end dealership, he was friendly and understanding.
