Makes Things Right I took my car in for basic maintenance and recall issues and was left without an operable vehicle due to a sparkplug issue. Justin Scrofani and Yvett I took my car in for basic maintenance and recall issues and was left without an operable vehicle due to a sparkplug issue. Justin Scrofani and Yvette took care of us and made sure we had a rental car to use while they worked out the details locally and with BMW North America to get us into a new car with a reasonable monthly payment. I am thankful for their diligence, care and understanding as this was very unexpected. We would definitely refer people to BMW of Honolulu and have them ask for Justin in Sales and Yvette in Service. My “new” 3 series! We went to dealership in early 2018 and told Destin what we were looking for and timing on when we wanted to buy.
