Slowest service department The service department seems very unorganized. Also BMW is very motivated to tack on unnecessary extra services and fees. Buying a car can be a lengthy and sometimes frustrating process but not with Justin and not at BMW. He is very courteous with your time and doesn’t keep you at the dealership all day like a prisoner. Something I’ve definitely experienced at other dealerships in Honolulu. At BMW and with Justin, buying a car is fun, exciting and they work out as much of the boring paperwork and behind the scenes stuff for you without you waiting in a showroom for hours and hours!! This was a completely different experience; the deal was straight forward, financing didn’t include any hidden up charges or fees, and Wallace waited for me the entire time I was in financing. Overall, I felt like a valued customer! The only negative thing was getting a charger that didn’t work, but it was not Wallace’s fault, and he even came in on his day off to give me a replacement. I am happy with my purchase, and would strongly recommend you ask for Wallace first! More
