Justin takes the time to really listen to you so that he can find the perfect car that fits everything that you are looking for. Buying a car can be a lengthy and sometimes frustrating process but not with Justin and not at BMW. He is very courteous with your time and doesn’t keep you at the dealership all day like a prisoner. Something I’ve definitely experienced at other dealerships in Honolulu. At BMW and with Justin, buying a car is fun, exciting and they work out as much of the boring paperwork and behind the scenes stuff for you without you waiting in a showroom for hours and hours!! This is how buying a car should be but sadly isn’t. I absolutely love working with Justin and BMW. I am truly spoiled by the level of customer service I receive there which is why I choose them. This was a completely different experience; the deal was straight forward, financing didn’t include any hidden up charges or fees, and Wallace waited for me the entire time I was in financing. Overall, I felt like a valued customer! The only negative thing was getting a charger that didn’t work, but it was not Wallace’s fault, and he even came in on his day off to give me a replacement. I am happy with my purchase, and would strongly recommend you ask for Wallace first! More

Professional, quick, friendly, easy and clear My husband and I were helped by Wallace Ma and Brett Kami. Both gentlemen helped us in a perfect way. I called ahead, 10 minutes prior to arriving to the dealership to ask about the vehicle (pre-owned). Brett immediately knew which vehicle I was referring to and he made sure it was pulled up and ready for us to view. He also knew about the features of the car. He was not pushy at all but very courteous We left to view other cars at different dealerships but returned in the evening as BMW of Honolulu was just closing. They had no issue staying later so we could take our new car home. Wallace also insisted on taking the car for a test drive even though it was late and they were closing. They were also willing to negotiate the price. As I wanted to pull up the necessary financial paperwork from my phone, but the battery died. Wallace made no issue out of it and told us we could get the paperwork in order at home and email it to him. Overall a very good experience in a neet, clean and organized enviroment. Also, prior to visiting the showroom I contacted the dealership via Cargurus.com and Kaelen Hirashiki promptly contacted me via email to set up an appointment, again in a courteous and non-pushy way. More
