Overall, great experience. My experience with BMW of Honolulu has been great so far. They were able to take care of my primary request right away and under extended warranty. They were able to take care of my secondary request within a day and provided me with a free rental. The only glitch to the entire experience and the reason I cannot give them an "Excellent" rating is that it was noted that I received a complimentary car wash but it was not washed. The same water spots from using my windshield wiper the day before was still there. The wheels were still covered with brake dust too. At any rate, everyone at the dealership were professional and friendly. Thank you to the service greeters, service advisors, technicians, shuttle drivers and everyone who took part in providing me with a great experience. More

Terrible customer service as well as product 5212 dollar bill for a car with 38k miles. Terrible customer service Jonah could care less. just tried to nickel and dime me, charged me to align a ca 5212 dollar bill for a car with 38k miles. Terrible customer service Jonah could care less. just tried to nickel and dime me, charged me to align a car that they had to take the steering rack out, should be included in the fix. Offered me 500 trade in on a 2012 535i with 38k Miles on it. Basically said fix it or come get it. Further more, I paid my bill of 5212 and picked up my car and 2 days later I get a text from him saying my car is done and sent me another bill for 185! Not a chance that is getting paid, will be contacting my lawyer. Worst attitude and I can’t believe I had to put that kind of money in a car with 38k miles. Buy anything but a BMW and stay away from their service Department flat out fraud in my opinion. More
