Service visit Everything was okay except for a few things. Drop off was nice. Pick up took longer than usual. Service person was on phone with another client Everything was okay except for a few things. Drop off was nice. Pick up took longer than usual. Service person was on phone with another client for at least 10 minutes so I waited. Then vehicle wasn’t delivered quickly. I inquired and he made another call and said it was coming. Then I saw another person leave shortly after that and he later was the person who delivered my car. So no one was actually getting my car when I asked. Then I noticed the car still had splash stains near the driver side door that it had come in with so it wasn’t washed well. Then as I drove off the radio was on another station that I don’t listen to. Other visits to the dealer have been good. More

Courteous and thorough I brought my car in to have a recall issue taken care of. Recall, poor and unaceptable service I took my 7 series in for a recall and mybserviceman was very rude. Later that day i got a call from him at 4pm saying car was ready and currently bei I took my 7 series in for a recall and mybserviceman was very rude. Later that day i got a call from him at 4pm saying car was ready and currently being washed. I got there 430pm amd car was not ready and there were many customers waiting for their cars. At 510pm a service person was looking arpund without saying a name. I asked status of my car and she happend to be looking for me. She said my car is ready but not washed yet. If i want it washed , its another 15min wait. Left the dealership at 530 very upset with their poor service. More
