That was something that I didn’t notice for the couple of years that I owned the car. Probably still wouldn’t have noticed if she didn’t bring it to my attention. She immediately added that to the work order. Process was immediate, with no wait and was given her cell number in case I needed to contact her. Car was completed within a reasonable timeframe.
