There is no reason at all for a month to process return of money. Insurance paid over the amount needed and BMW hangs on to the money! No problem cashing the check! I was also never informed the cause of the problem with the last accident! Breaks did not hold! Car was shipped to Germany but no one contacted me about cause! Was it the breaks?
