Brought a used X3 that was not up to the normal BMS standards in regards to cleanliness; the vehicle was NOT cleaned at all, it was filthy and grimy; and the salesman stated “it is a used car, sold as standards in regards to cleanliness; the vehicle was NOT cleaned at all, it was filthy and grimy; and the salesman stated “it is a used car, sold as is”. However, it is extremely frustrating when you take your car in and are told the issue cannot be resolved. I lease a 2018 X2. I’ve had issues with the Bluetooth audio feature since day one. They’ve installed the updates, but are now telling me it’s my phone, which by the way is an iPhone X-Plus. I am no longer able to listen to Bluetooth audio and there seems to be no fix in the near future. More
