I made an error and came in one day early. However, the woman who checked me in on Nov 14 at around 9:30am, went out of her way to check the schedule and was able to take my car in for service early. Brought a used X3 that was not up to the normal BMS standards in regards to cleanliness; the vehicle was NOT cleaned at all, it was filthy and grimy; and the salesman stated “it is a used car, sold as standards in regards to cleanliness; the vehicle was NOT cleaned at all, it was filthy and grimy; and the salesman stated “it is a used car, sold as is”.
