The new service check in kiosk was a little confusing at first. No message directing customer to use kiosk. Once directed to kiosk it was very easy to use. Prefer face to face when checking in. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE out of any dealership on Oahu! A few months ago I tried to get ahold of parts and couldn’t get anyone, just kept getting voicemail. Called and called! Finally someone took my numbe A few months ago I tried to get ahold of parts and couldn’t get anyone, just kept getting voicemail. Called and called! Finally someone took my number and said they would have someone call me. Still waiting on that call! Today I scheduled an oil change and tried to find out how long it was going to take them, and got the run around again and more horrible customer service! I will NEVER take my car or my money here again! And the next car I buy...it will be a Mercedes! I refuse to give any money to this place! Sad they are the only BMW dealership and service center on island. 😡 More
