When my oil indicator light went on while driving to work, it warned me to top my oil “immediately.” I took it to BMW of Honolulu and, since it was a Monday, there was queue of cars waiting to be servic work, it warned me to top my oil “immediately.” I took it to BMW of Honolulu and, since it was a Monday, there was queue of cars waiting to be serviced so I knew the service department was busy. Despite that, Yvette took me in and I was able to get my car back before the day’s end and without a penny paid. Much is appreciated, and I’m happy to continue with BMW for a long time to come.
