Our new service advisor Jimmy did a fantastic job. Dropped off my at 9:45 oil change new spark plugs replaced both head lights and brake line clip fixed. Jimmy got my car back to me by 3 pm. The reason I went back to BMW of Hon. was because the sales agent, Samaria was very friendly and didn’t give us any high pressure sale talk. Great service from Jimmy from start to finish! He kept me informed every step of the way. I brought my X5 in too get a number of things fixed. They were able to diagnose a number of issues and fix all of the informed every step of the way. I brought my X5 in too get a number of things fixed. The only downside I experienced was that my warranty covered only a portion of my bill which is out of their control. I highly recommend BMW of Honolulu! More
