Great service from Jimmy from start to finish! He kept me informed every step of the way. I brought my X5 in too get a number of things fixed. They were able to diagnose a number of issues and fix all of the informed every step of the way. I brought my X5 in too get a number of things fixed. The only downside I experienced was that my warranty covered only a portion of my bill which is out of their control. I highly recommend BMW of Honolulu! More

It's unfortunate that this is the only BMW dealership on island and they know it. Seems like there is no attention to detail with work performed. Also if you have an extended warranty, they will milk it for island and they know it. Seems like there is no attention to detail with work performed.
