Generally excellent but often difficult to get estimated time for return of vehicle. Recently suffered extensive delay due backlog from prior day. Buying a vehicle was easy and convenient. Daquan was helpful when I needed help purchasing a vehicle but he was not helpful after the purchase. I received the car a month ago and I’m still unable to dri helpful when I needed help purchasing a vehicle but he was not helpful after the purchase. I received the car a month ago and I’m still unable to drive it around safely. He failed to tell me it only came with one key. I asked for assistance with obtaining a second key and he was no help at all. When the car arrived the check engine light was on and the back up camera did not work. There’s a leak in the fuel line so it’s unsafe to drive. They’re saying the parts are on back order so I’m unable to drive it until it’s fixed. I’m very disappointed with the service I received. More
