Overall great service. Special kudos to Jonah. Ching who is very professional, patient and responsive to inquiries. Would like to see courtesy pickup and drop off service reimplemented. I work jus a few blocks away and have to had co- workers pick me up after dropping off my car or taking me to the dealership when repairs were completed. Loaners are available but limited and not convenient to schedule. More

Upon check in I was greeted, and told someone would be with me soon… I was checked in momentarily, then spoke with my advisor Kainoa… My car would be ready tomorrow afternoon, I received a text saying with me soon… I was checked in momentarily, then spoke with my advisor Kainoa… My car would be ready tomorrow afternoon, I received a text saying my car was ready, paid online.. texted I would be there for pick up around 3:45 pm, met with Kainoa signed some papers he then brought my car!
