Finance department here is absolute trash! Was going to trade in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler, owe $20,000 offered $30,000 as trade. Was going to buy a 2018 Acura TLX that’s been sitting there for over a month for $31,995. Would have had a $10,000 credit to the new car as a down payment. They kept trying to get me to pay more down out of pocket. They claim they couldn’t get me financed anywhere that all the banks said no. However Honolulu Ford got me financing NO PROBLEM with a lower APR. If you have your own financing, go there. But don’t rely on their finance dept. They also quoted me 14.55% APR…..my current loan has a 5.19% APR and I’ve NEVER been late on my loans or ANY bill. Credit score is good! Again, don’t finance here….actually don’t even go here period! More

Upon completion of servicing my vehicle, it was mentioned to have my car washed, however it wasn't. I asked my service agent, he said it was but probably collected dust overnight. I failed to believe this to have my car washed, however it wasn't. I asked my service agent, he said it was but probably collected dust overnight. I failed to believe this because the same dirt, stains, etc were on my vehicle. Since I had already left the dealership, i just didn't bother to go back just to get it washed. More
Sloppy mechanics for the price you pay. I thought mechanics at a dealership such as BMW would take better care and treat me better. Three times In a row I’ve found issues. Each time raising I thought mechanics at a dealership such as BMW would take better care and treat me better. Three times In a row I’ve found issues. Each time raising concerns with service advisors, yet the same issues still happen! Oil spills on engine, oil smears on steering wheel, inside engine compartment on several surfaces.. covers left off of things, air intakes left loose, bolts freely moving by hand .. why can’t they wipe up oil smears and spills? Why can’t they replace air intakes properly? At least tighten the hold downs after you’ve removed them!!! Very frustrating the lack of care for their workmanship!! Once, I can overlook.. but the third time, in a row??? Maybe bmw owes me a refund on the mechanics labor???! More
Check in process for routine maintenance a little confusing. Used to be much better a few years ago. Looks as though they’re taking on more than they can handle in one day. I was asked if I wanted my car washed and if so, it would be another hour. That question was never asked before. It was done automatically. BMW of Honolulu needs to step up their customer service to their past excellence record if they want to keep my business. This is unsat. Management needs to pay attention. More
