My car was fixed but with supplier issues it took a month to replace a radiator hose leaving me without a car for that period of time. I was quoted the cost to repair the car when I dropped it off. I only have done business with the service & parts departments @ Honolulu BMW. & these departments have met the BMW standard in both departments!!!! I have been blessed to have had wonderful parents t departments @ Honolulu BMW. & these departments have met the BMW standard in both departments!!!! I have been blessed to have had wonderful parents that provided only the best(BMW’s) for me throughout their time here on earth. Ever since their passing’s BMW’s have been the furthest thing from my mind. One day I was walking my dog , I glanced over & there she was my old roadster that I had 22 years before was for sale. That furthest thought became reality! I went home called the number & bought it! I just had my full circle moment. So after driving the ABS light was on, of course it’s going to be the sensor in my mind but no the ABS comp was out. You guys told me 4488 to have it installed. I about cried. I found the part & labor elsewhere. So got it done w/ the other guys. So now I let Honolulu BMW service my Baby @ any chance possible because the old roadster is a classic in my eyes..& requires Honolulu BMW’’s TLC to keep it performing to the BMW standard. & the complimentary car wash is just the icing on the cake! This is the last car I’m ever going to purchase. So I love taking care of it when I can afford servicing it! The Employees that need to be recognized within the company are Kaimana the service writer, extremely knowledgeable & professional, the Service Mgr.Sean Clizbe, that will send me email promotions the only way I can step foot in their again. A brilliant Mgr.& both those guys are true assets for H. B.M.W.!!! & the parts people that need to be recognized are Chris & Josh too extremely helpful & professional too. Mahalo🤙 To setting the BMW standards even making it available for someone that doesn’t have the $$$$. To spend more time in there like I want to .
