Bad service. Sales people haggle a lot instead of trying to sell at a fair price up front. Service dept . will try hard not to cover items covered by warranty. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle. BMW messed up the registration transfer two times and I had to constantly call in and nag for updates. Each time the paperwork was submitted I was to BMW messed up the registration transfer two times and I had to constantly call in and nag for updates. Each time the paperwork was submitted I was told it could take up to 60 days to process from the DMV and get back to me. Purchased the vehicle in June of 2022 here I am receiving my vehicle registration via mail on January 3rd of 2023. What's more is the registration was mailed from BMW of Honolulu not directly from the DMV. The date issued was November 25, 2022 and the lien holder received proof of purchase on December 1st, 2022, so I'm fairly certain BMW held the registration for an extra month before mailing it out. The kicker part is BMW tried to blame the DMV both times they failed to submit the proper paperwork. You would think they would get it right despite charging 500 dollar paperwork fees. After the first two times of reaching out the staff was rude. 10/10 would recommend going elsewhere for any and all purchases. Staff is not helpful after the point of sale. More

Service, over promise under deliver, said my car would be ready first thing in the morning (I had a meeting so I worked around BMW), no call, I called at 2pm, said my car was in the wash, be done in 40mins. I went in at 4pm, car was brought out filthy. When I asked, he said it was never in the wash line. Over promise under deliver. Don’t tell me something that’s not true. Be honest. More
