My experience this visit was much better than last year. I really felt like Jennifer took a lot of time explaining what I needed and at what intervals I needed to maintain my BMW X6. She also made sure that I really felt like Jennifer took a lot of time explaining what I needed and at what intervals I needed to maintain my BMW X6. She also made sure that I got back and forth with ease. The prices are very elevated but that has nothing to do with her and her customer service. I will continue to have my care serviced here as long as I have it if my experience can go this well each time. More

Even though I was a walk in, the dealership was more than happy to service my M3. They found that my drain plug was bad and needed a new one so they ordered it next day delivery. While there was a wait they happy to service my M3. They found that my drain plug was bad and needed a new one so they ordered it next day delivery. While there was a wait they also did my airbag recall for me. The one who helped me was very easy to work with and was very professional while still being fun and outgoing. I am very pleased with my experience. More

Very bad Service in the repair center at this location. I Took my BMW X5 DIESEL to this Location due to a check engine light on, they took 6 hours to diagnose the car, they told me is the intake pipe and I Took my BMW X5 DIESEL to this Location due to a check engine light on, they took 6 hours to diagnose the car, they told me is the intake pipe and need it a new Battery. paid almost $1300.00 and took the car back 2 days later for a new intake pipe. My wife was told to wait a couple hours for the car to get done, 4 hours later she asked, and the guy told her is a few hours and she had to wait more, after 6 hours of waiting time she got the car back and drove off, after 2 minutes of Driving the check engine light came back on. We took the car back and got spare car, 4days later they called me and said is another part needed to be changed, the entire intake manifold. $5000.00 in parts and $3000.00 for labor for the same check engine light and same code. don't take vehicles to this place for repairs, apparently, they don't know what they are doing, they are like any street guys parts changers, but BMW stealership, parts changers are charging too much money to customers. More
