Things started off good but fell off fast. I was told that I would receive a veteran discount when I brought my vehicle in for service the service would’ve been approx $1500 bucks they found over $5000 w that I would receive a veteran discount when I brought my vehicle in for service the service would’ve been approx $1500 bucks they found over $5000 worth of things that needed to be fixed on my vehicle, I trusted what I was told. I was told that I would receive a veteran discount I was also told that I would receive a discount from management. When I came back in to pick my car up, I was told the veteran discount was a maximum of $100. I was told by the service guy Ian that it would be 10%. The wording gave me false expectations of what would be done. Then as I reviewed my invoice there is no manager discount,… the service guy went and talk to management and came back and told me I should be happy that they’re going to give me $150 off of the $5200 bill. As I drove my car home the warning light went off telling me that I need to top off my coolant. Then the more serious light came on that told me that I could damage my engine if I continue to drive. I called the dealership and received a call center instead the call-center guy chuckled as I told him what happened (WTH). I asked him what was funny and he told me he didn’t mean to laugh but he would be very upset if that happened to him. He put me on hold for five minutes and came back and told me that they would make an appointment for me to come in at a later date to fix my problem. I had to call several more times to try to reach a manager because all the phone lines were going to the call center due to no one being there during business hours,… a manager finally called me back. The manager said he’d send someone to my house this morning to check my car out and they review everything that was done to my car today. I have no faith that this dealership did what they said they were going to do to my car. And I honestly believed that what they did to my car some of the items were unnecessary but done just to trump up the charges. I’m really sorry I feel this way and I hope I can build a better relationship with this dealership. I was looking forward to having them as my main dealership since I live pretty close to the dealership I’ve always had Mercedes and never really had BMWs before. Having lived in Germany as a kid I do believe in German engineering and for the things that have just happened to my car the trumped up charges makes me very weary that the engineering and design of this car was bad enough for this type of experience. It just doesn’t make sense. More
The service advisor told me he didn't have a loaner when I specifically booked an appointment for one. Instead of helping me find a solution he just said it was the booking agents fault. I called the service manager and he said that the advisor was wrong and that they could have got me a rental. They completely wasted my time. If they can't provide a good service experience and a loaner you're paying more at the dealership for nothing. Usually BMW dealerships have excellent customer service so this was very surprising. I'm never coming back. More
They replaced my rear tires roughly 17k miles ago on a car with 30k miles. Just had my fronts changed by nondealer and rotated them to rear less than a month ago. Took my vehicle in for service today at Henderson BMW and they told me my fronts need to be replaced because they are worn- the ones they just sold me 15k miles ago. Obviously they had not expected me to have changed my tires out so they saw that they had changed the rears, so the fronts must now be due. What an absolute scam. Now that my car is out of warranty, it looks like its time to find an honest independent BMW shop to service it. More

I had a new starter installed and BMW Henderson would not refund my money. The service/parts manager said it had markings that proved I installed it in the car. I suggested maybe BMW sent it that way and he smirked, meanwhile I have two open recalls on my 328i. WOW! BMW can make mistakes!!! Not sure what their customer acquisition cost is but they just paid $44.01 to get rid of one and write this review. More

Service department helpful and courteous I bought a used 2013 5 series in 2014 and it has been a great car. I went there on a Sunday to browse, saw it and the next day when they were open I c I bought a used 2013 5 series in 2014 and it has been a great car. I went there on a Sunday to browse, saw it and the next day when they were open I called and the salesmen brought it to my place of work for a test drive. Now that's service. It's time to upgrade to an SUV for my 3 grandchildren to ride in and am going back to BMW of Henderson. The service has been great, yes sometimes your car has to spend the night...so what. Life happens. Communication has been good when the car was serviced and the entire staff is always friendly. So as I said I am going back for an upgrade and I will write another 5 star review I am sure of it. More

And of course they never have any loaners available but they keep your vehicle for at least a week. We will NEVER buy another BMW. Do not use this service department!!! More
