BMW of Henderson - Service Center

People must have been dealing with a different Christian Mandapat than I am. He supposedly ordered a part but I can't confirm it. He wasn't there when I picked up my car because he left early. I used to work with Chris Fox. I am sorry he is not there any longer. I bought my car at this dealership and will be calling the Service Manager about my parts order and finding a different advisor. The people in the dealership are very nice. Quality coming in and out of service is very much depending upon knowing the right person in service who really cares about your car, not just getting the jo coming in and out of service is very much depending upon knowing the right person in service who really cares about your car, not just getting the job done. Unfortunately I believe that the intake professionals are not as thorough as the actual technicians in terms of making sure that everything is completed. More

Christian Mandapat is very courteous and very service oriented individual. And also the staffs are very friendly. They make you feel at home. I have four of my tires replaced, the only hiccup is that oriented individual. And also the staffs are very friendly. They make you feel at home.
