I arrived for routine service on time, my car did not go back to the service area for another 45 mins. My service associate seemed new or inexperienced. He presented me with a $750 estimate for 40,000 mile back to the service area for another 45 mins. My service associate seemed new or inexperienced. He presented me with a $750 estimate for 40,000 mile service on my 2017 X1, I had to inform him I have extended service maintenance agreement and my visit should be "free". He came back with a $500 estimate and I had to inform him I would not be paying a dime, I already paid for expensive extended service, and please get it started soon because I would have to wait in their lobby. I arrived at 9:45am, I was out at approx. 2:00 pm. Seems to me they schedule too many cars at once, there were many service advisors walking about, it all should have gone smoother and quicker. The waiting area was clean and the cleaning lady was awesome! "Beverage Bar" is sadly lacking. More
