Recently took our BMW 328i GT to BMW of Henderson after our regular mechanic (a BMW specialist) was unable to access the car's computer and told us we would need to take it to the dealer. Met with Ian who our regular mechanic (a BMW specialist) was unable to access the car's computer and told us we would need to take it to the dealer. Met with Ian who outlined suggested maintenance available, and how the process would unfold. Ian was very punctual with any calls or communication he said he would make, at roughly the time he said he would make them. He found discounts where available and helped with an additional discount due to work done. Ian is currently also helping with documentation related to damage caused by rodents so that we can see if it will be possible to obtain reimbursement from our insurer for the repair. Ian really has gone above and beyond with his communication, explanations, details, and suggestions of reaching out to insurer to possibly recover some of the cost. At the end of this, my lovely car was washed so nicely and looks brand new. Will definitely use the repair and maintenance services of BMW of Henderson again, and will ask for Ian's help personally, as he was key in making this such a positive experience. Very pleased with everything that was done, the help that I received, the professionalism of the organization, the thorough and timely communication, and the way my car looks and drives after the repair and maintenance. Will definitely use their services again in the future. More
Hello my visit was for an airbag recall on my 1999 BMW 323i. Service provider Daniel and the Techs did a fine job to complete the work which had been pending for a long time due to lack of parts. I originally booked a service appt on Tuesday, Sept 7th at 8:15 for my BMW X5. Unfortunately, I was driving on Monday, Sept 6th in the afternoon and blew out a tire. So I decided to drive strait to your d at 8:15 for my BMW X5. Unfortunately, I was driving on Monday, Sept 6th in the afternoon and blew out a tire. So I decided to drive strait to your dealership (I was close by) and went inside to drop off the key. I was greeted by a very nice young man who was empathic and said he would need to speak to a manager about the key since the service department was closed. The "manager" he spoke to was literally 20 feet away (I don't know his name but he was a sales manager) from me standing behind a desk. When approached by the young man that greeted me, he started swearing and dropping F bombs about people trying to drop off keys the night before an appointment and literally said the F word over 5 or 6 times and told the young man to refuse my request. I walked over to him and said "I heard every word you said and I will take my key home with me!). I completely understand not accepting the key if that is your policy but how he handled it was absolutely pathetic. Other customers heard him and said "Wow is he pissed". I came back the next day to bring in my key and dealt with Ian who was outstanding! He followed up with me and did all of the service work, including new tires for the vehicle. I will deal with your dealership for service going forward but certainly would never buy a car here again. More
