Realizing that our repairs might take several days, Albert got us a very nice loaner He took care of us in a very professional and friendly manner. Realizing that our repairs might take several days, Albert got us a very nice loaner car which completely relieved the stress of living without our car for days. During the repair process, Albert realized that another part needed to be replaced that was not on the original estimate. I was very surprised and pleased to find out that this was done at no extra cost to us even though the part costs hundreds of dollars.
