My BMW has low mileage but needed the annual oil/filter check Also did other smaller checks AND carefully went over the electrical system ~ it needed a onceover! Dropping the car off and the service we had no problems. But we had two problems. After dropping the car off we called the next day because we did not get an estimate when it would be finished. Customer service rep said we transfered us to Seevice and no one answered we left a message and no one ever called back. Then when we do get the car it's dirty. Then the driver says do you want the car washed? Hello! Yes we want it washed. I have never been to a higher end dealership and they gave me my car back dirty. Then we had to wait another 20 mins. Great staff, they communicated the issues about my car and set me up with a rental until my car was later completed that day.All staff from the garage to the office were friendly and helpful. My service dude Christian rocks! Even though there was no lender cars, he got me in at 7am and I was out in an hour and a half. So grateful, as I had an appointment to get to.
