Check in was quick, they took my early morning appointment without issue. Had the car processed within 1/2 hour. However, Service did not call me when the service was complete. I showed up unan appointment without issue. Had the car processed within 1/2 hour. However, Service did not call me when the service was complete. I showed up unannounced. The Service agent that helped us finalize the pick up and payment was not the same agent as in the morning. He was quick and professional. Explaining clearly what was done to the vehicle. More

No Comunication from the dealer service department. Left messages and didn’t get an answer for a whole week. The car stayed at the shop for two weeks before they even contacted the extended warranty.
