BMW of Henderson - Service Center

I have been using BMW dealerships for the maintenance and repairs on the last 3 BMW's I've owned. I have been going to BMW of Henderson for several years now, but no longer as of last week. It seems that wit repairs on the last 3 BMW's I've owned. I have been going to BMW of Henderson for several years now, but no longer as of last week. It seems that with new/used car sales at a low with no inventory on the lots, that the dealership is making up their revenues in service. It started with having to wait an hour for the service advisor Albert to come back to get me. I was willing to let that slide. Then the next day, I was insulted with the repair estimate that I received by Albert. To add insult to injury, it seems the dealership has now incorporated "shop fees" to tack on to estimates and costs. When asked what a shop fee was, I was told, "he would need to check on it". So in a nutshell, BMW of Henderson has lost a life long customer and I will make sure to tell everyone I know of my bad experience. More

I had quite a few issues going on with my 2019 330i. My service advisor was Kyle. He was really nice, very attentive & took notes on all of the issues that I had noticed. He kept in touch with me througho service advisor was Kyle. He was really nice, very attentive & took notes on all of the issues that I had noticed. He kept in touch with me throughout the day. As soon as he knew that he would need to keep the car overnight, possibly longer he made sure that there was a loaner vehicle there for me to use while the warranty repairs were being fixed. I could not be happier with the service and outcome. Kyle is a great addition to BMW Henderson! Thanks Kyle! More
