Perplexed responded

Appreciate addressing, but what could possibly “turn my experience around”? Experience, by definition, already happened. A band aid attempt for a one-off fix presumably wouldn’t change or even minimally effect long standing policy, practice and philosophy. There was a time when there were few alternatives to using the dealership, but not today. Competition, as it should and does in nearly every other industry, will hopefully cause change in this one.
