Albert Fantone and the team at BMW was extremely helpful and was able to resolve the issue I was experiencing with my brakes, no questions asked. They were able to replace the brake pads, do a full brake in and was able to resolve the issue I was experiencing with my brakes, no questions asked. They were able to replace the brake pads, do a full brake inspection, test drove the car to check if the issue went away and also did a complimentary detail.
